COMMUNICATION TO THE MEDIA – AN EXHIBITION OF ARCHITECTURAL MODELS OF RELIGIOUS BUILDINGS
From 10 to 30 January 2012 at the National Museum of Archeology in Sofia, under the patronage of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Mayor of Sofia, with the support of the Patriarch of the Orthodox Bulgarian Church and the Representatives of the major monotheistic religions, the Ambassador of Italy, Stefano Benazzo organizes an Exhibition of Architectural Models of Religious Buildings and Bulgarian Houses. The Ambassador is one of the four authors of the exposed objects. Leading point of this exhibition is the idea about the ethnical and religious tolerance of Bulgarian Society. Naturally, the Exhibition is first hosted in Sofia, where religious and cultural symbols coexist since centuries as evidence of the National’s spirit of Tolerance.
